تاریخچه شرکت بیمه سامان شركت بيمه سامان در تاریخ 1383/11/27 به منظور ارائه خدمات بیمه های بازرگانی در رشته بيمههاي اموال، مسئوليت و اشخاص با سرمايه 200 ميليارد ريالي منقسم به 200 ميليون سهم با ارزش اسمي يك هزار ريالي در سازمان ثبت شرکتها با شماره ثبت 241059 ثبت شد و در تاریخ 1383/12/11مجوز فعاليت خود را در رشته های زندگی ، غیر زندگی و بیمه های اتكايي از بيمه مركزي دریافت نمود و به عنوان ششمين عضو گروه مالی سامان فعاليت خود را آغاز کرد. کادر کارشناسي بيمه سامان با برخورداري از تحصيلات دانشگاهي و آشنايي کامل با صنعت بيمه، زير نظر مديران با تجربه، سعي در حفظ منافع بيمه شدگان خود داشته و مي کوشند با ارايه مشاوره در زمينه مديريت ريسک، از بروز خسارات احتمالي براي بيمه گذاران پيشگيري نمايند. بيمه سامان با اعتقاد به لزوم تعامل وهمدلی با گروه های ذینفع همواره درصدد است، با اتکا به سرمايه هاي مالي و انساني مناسب، خدمتي متمايز را براي بيمه گذاران خود به ارمغان آورد.
